About Paradise Paws Bengals

Myself and Zoe have always had a love of cats and have enjoyed their company since we were both kids. I started my fascination for Bengals in 2002 when I first came across them when looking for kittens. I fell in love instantly with 2 baby sisters, Mia and Phoenix. Since that day I have never looked back.

The attentive, loving, friendly and intelligent nature of the breed combined with their exotic look of a true wild leopard cat is an amazing thing to behold. The Bengal makes a fantastic addition to any family, fascinating and amusing the old and entertaining the young; loving both equally and totally.

In 2007 myself and Zoe decided to go into breeding Bengals and bring the joy of the breed to many other people and families. We built a relationship with Zawadi Bengals, Connie and Stuart Henderson, based down in Swindon.

Zawadi

Zawadi focus on breeding what I would call “quality Bengals”. They select Queens and Studs very carefully to ensure the true visual beauty and amazing nature of the breed is maintained and enhanced. We have become very close with Connie and Stuart and our first 2 Queens, Dax and Alice, were both bred by Zawadi.

We too have embraced the key principals of very selective breeding and bringing the kittens up within the home to bring out the amazing social nature that makes the Bengal so special.
